Shipping costs vary based on the destination. To calculate your shipping charges, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your mailing address. The total shipping cost will be automatically updated and displayed.

We process orders Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office (New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days* (regular seasons) or longer during holiday seasons.

Shipping from Warehouse:

You can order as many items as you like, and you’ll only pay a flat rate for shipping.

  • Shipping: Flat rate of $5.99 for Standard Shipping.
  • Estimated Delivery: 7-15 business days* (regular seasons) or longer during holiday seasons.

About Late Deliveries

Our shipping partners work hard to ensure timely delivery, but delays can happen due to unforeseen or uncontrollable events. Kaomars.com is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect address details.
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number.
  • Severe weather conditions.
  • International customs procedures.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If you see no tracking information, it may mean the carrier hasn’t processed the package yet. Tracking events will appear once the package is scanned.

I Ordered Multiple Items But Only Received One. Where’s the Rest?

We have a wide range of products that may not be stocked in one location. If you order multiple items, they may ship separately to reach you faster. You may receive one item before the others, but rest assured, the rest of your order is on its way.

Why Haven’t I Received Any Order Confirmation Emails?

If you haven’t received your confirmation emails, you might have entered your email address incorrectly. Throughout the process, we send several emails, including order confirmation, fulfillment, and shipping notices. If you think you made an error with your email, please contact us, and we’ll correct it.

Can My Order Be Delivered to Multiple Addresses?

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you want items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.

Do You Deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders to APO addresses are shipped via DHL Global Mail and then handed over to USPS for final delivery. Please note, shipments to APOs may take up to 45 additional days to arrive. Tracking updates stop once the package enters the military mail system for security reasons.
