We will refund or reprint your order at no cost if:
- The product is flawed.
- There is a design error that does not match the description on our site.
- The product type or size differs from what was ordered.
What Should You Do?
To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Provide the following details to our support email: [email protected]
- Your order/invoice ID
- If the item is incorrect or damaged, include a photo of the received item.
After evaluation, your refund request will be processed within 1-3 business days. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
Returns
If you receive the wrong or defective items, you do not need to return them. We will issue a refund, expected to arrive within 2-3 business days.
Please Note: We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in these cases:
- Your order did not arrive due to reasons within your control (e.g., incorrect address, not being available to receive delivery, not collecting packages as requested).
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs clearance delays, natural disasters, marked as “delivered” in the tracking system, lost after delivery to the mailbox).
- The item matches its description.
Cancellations (if applicable)
Customers have 24 hours after purchase to request a cancellation. A management, processing, and transaction fee (10% of your total order value) applies to cancellations.
After 24 hours, the item will be in production, and further support is not possible.
Refunds:
- For PayPal Accounts: 48 hours.
- For Credit Card Accounts: 10-14 business days (depends on the card-issuing bank).
Exchange:
- In-stock items: 1-3 business days.
- Out-of-stock items: 5-7 business days.
Compensation (Points or Coupon): 1-2 business days.
Repair: 7-14 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless we sent the wrong size. For other issues like printing problems, we will assist. Contact us first for guidance. Do not return your purchase unless authorized.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; processing time may vary.
- Contact your bank; there might be some processing time before a refund posts.
